New guy to this forum, but not new to forums. I'm Bob, prevailing from rural northeast NY State, small town, over the hill, farm owner. My grandfather taught me about smoking as a kid, so I've been smoking for a year or two, or maybe a few decades. ;)
I've been lurking here for some time and I finally got around to registering so I can add some input, and occasionally get some ideas. I bought a Masterbuilt Pro almost a year ago. It's the first hot smoker I've ever used, but I took a liking to it as opposed to cold smoking. I also have a new four burner Kenmore gas grill that replaced my last grill that I bought at Ames a few years before they closed. I had it awhile.
Anyway, you'll see me around.
