First time burning charcoal on my masterbuild 2 door.

Wanted to do a couple of duck breasts, but didn't feel running the box less than half full would be acceptable. So i cut up some chicken too. Brined for 5
Hours. Then sprinkled with black pepper, garlic powder,onion powder, thyme, paprika.



Just like mothers say: half plate veggies
The mystery meat between drums and thighs are the duck fillets.

Don't think they mean these veggies
