Hello everyone ! Just recently recieved a Char Griller Double Play grill with the offset smoker . I know it's not the best smoker , but it was a gift and I'm determined to make it work. I normally smoke on a vertical propane smoker , and have always wanted to go offset and smoke with charcoal and wood . Looking to make the necessary mods to smoke with this thing .
