They are having a bake sale at church tomorrow. My wife usually handles this but she is out of town with a family emergency. So I decide I can help. Going to bring two rack of baby backs. Hope those ladies can sale them.

Started by coating them is a mixture of white grape juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Rubbed them down with season and here we go.

Decided to add a couple of small beef tip roast for me to chop up and have some sandwiches. Coated them with the same mixture and rubbed them with a rustic rub I made.

At about the three hour mark foiled the ribs, added some apple juice and brown sugar to them.
Also foiled the tip roast and added me a fresh ear of corn. Pulled the shuck back soaked it in water for a half hour. Buttered it and put on some Morton Nature's Season. Pulled the shuck back up and rolled it in foil. I should eat fine tonight at least.

Great looking ribs......and your plate as well!!

Points for helping at the sale!!
