Been viewing the forums for a while, finally decided to join so I can contribute. I am an amateur level pit master in Alabama. I have a cheap offset smoker, and love cooking with splits rather than chips or pellets. Bbq to me is all about the process of the cook, I enjoy the small adjustments that you can make that make a huge difference in the finished product.
Hopefully by joining I can up the quality of my food, and further my hobby.
