I'm thinking about buying a manual jerky slicer with the crank handle and I was wondering if anyone has either used one or know of someone who has and what the results were? Thanks in advance!!!

SH ,I use one similar to that from Cabelas. It works well giving you a consistent thickness, something which is hard to do by hand. Steaks about an inch in thickness are dropped in and voila instant jerky slices.
