clackamas Oregon
Hello

I am in Clackamas Oregon , I am 50 retired/disabled  had cancer also lost 6 discs in my back so had to retire.

I do not have the best smokers or offset smokers but what I do have works for now , I was given 10 years ago my first

offset smoker  its a grillmaster, I put fire brick in the burn box  moved the smoke stack  and ran a plate across the bottom.

I can do 40 pounds of rib at 170  all day long or 40 pounds of pork butt for 3 days  and hold my temp. I make what I have work

and worked so well I have people  smoke for them now  lol . I now have another hand me down smoker  and then 2 gas  smokers .

I plan on building my first  smoker  this July and its going to be a beast . I found 1/4 inch steel pipe  4 foot dia x 9 foot long , I had it cut to 5 foot long. I want to put a vertical smoker on the end  just not sure if it will work . When I am not hunting or fishing  I am either

smoking meat , making up new dry rubs or bbq sauce  lol some call me  nuts  I just call it fun .
