I'm from Folsom, CA. I bought the big WSM about a month ago and have only used it twice since then.
It was a little intimidating as I read forums and watched YouTube videos. Many more steps than my
Weber gas BBQ. The two smokes I did (pork loin and St Louis ribs) turned out real well thanks to everything I read and watched.
I'm looking forward to getting a little more adventurous by tossing different types of meat on the WSM at the same time.
I have 2 salmon steaks that will be sitting in a brine tomorrow night. I LOVE smoked salmon.
I have a tendency to join a new forum for every different toy (my wife's word, not mine) I get.
