Hello all, I've been an avid BBQ'er for a long time, and thought about trying to smoke as well. It must have finally gotten to my wife, since she and my son gave me a Broil King Smoke[emoji]174[/emoji] Vertical Propane Smoker as a Father's Day Gift. I have never intentionally smoked any thing before, so this will be a new adventure. I stumbled across the "Smoking-Meat" website, then Jeff's Book. Now I'm hooked and I haven't even assembled the smoker yet. Since I live in Ontario, Canada, I'm looking forward to enjoying my own smoked ribs and salmon with friends and a cool beer on our lovely summer evenings.

Hello canuck and welcome. Its an addiction that feeds itself [emoji]128513[/emoji]

The recipes are very user friendly. They can be tweaked to suit your personal taste. In addition you can mix the sauce with an equal part honey to make a good glaze or mix it with apple juice for a good braise.

Don't forget, the proceeds go to support and maintain this site.

Just downloaded the recipes. They look simple enough, and good.

Can't wait to try them out!

I think I'm going to enjoy it here.
