Hi everyone did 80lbs of chicken with my cyber q today. I have learned the importance of using multipal probes. I normally only use one but today I was doing checks when the one I do use was done found alot of the chicken still in the 140 range from now on i will utilize all the probes. Personally didn't like the hassle of the wires but now I know the significance.
