First off Happy Fathers Day to all the dads today. I smoked a 5 lb sirloin tip roast and a pork loin and did some twice smoked taters. Smoked at 250-260 with cherry wood, took right at 3 hours for everything. I pulled the sirloin tip it was at 137, and pork was at 145. I tented them for 30-45 minutes and the sirloin finished up at 140. I didnt get any prep pics but got some finished shots. I rubbed the sirloin with montreal steak seasoning and the pork with a basic pork rub and I smoked them in foil pans with a bit of beef broth Everything came out very moist and tender.
