I smoked a fajita steak roll and a pork roll. For fajita roll: butterflied a london broil pounded it out to a 1/4 inch and the brushed enchilada sauce on it then put peppers, onion, mushrooms, and monterrey cheese. Tied it up with butchers twine put some spg on it and in the smoker then for a For pork roll: butterflied the loin then put buffalo wing sauce then asparagus then onion then bacon then mushrooms then cheddar cheese. Rolled it up and tied it off and spg and on the smokerhere is what they look like tied up b4 smoking
