Hello Everyone,

I am from central New Hampshire and only started smoking about a month ago.  I tried authentic Texas BBQ last August and fell in love.  After graduating in May I was given a Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker which I have thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with so far.

From what I have seen so far there are a lot of creative people on this forum and I'm ready to dive into the world of smoking!

A big HELLO from Texas!!!  I've been smokin for a little over a year now so I'm still considered new compared to some of the experts on this site.  It is a long going learning experience with plenty of opportunity to express your own creative personality in your cooks. That is what makes BBQ so wonderful so have fun!

You're going to have a lot of fun here and learn a lot! Don't be afraid to ask questions!

Welcome from SC, Kris. It's really good to have you on this great site. There are a lot of good folks here who are always ready to share their ideas, recipes and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading.

When you get through playing around with that Texas stuff, try some REAL BBQ, South Carolina style.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe. :grilling_smilie:
