Hi there people i am new to this smoking stuff just wanting to know if you have to use a cure to Hot Smoke Homemade sausages any help would be great .

Welcome to the forum. If you are running your smoker at 225, you do not need cure to smoke your sausages. They would be just like smoking any other ground meat. Cook them to an IT of 160 & they are ready to eat.
