Early Fathers day gift

 Yesterday my kids gave me a new smoker for Fathers Day :) It is a Char-Broil digital deluxe. I had been wanting one for a long time and I guess they pay more attention then I thought. I set it up last night and seasoned it for a couple hours. I of course ran out and got a 9 lb. Boston but and started it at 7:00 am with a mix of hickory and apple wood chips, hoping for a 7:00 dinner but won't be end of world if it's not ready.

Thanks Guys, I have been reading a lot here defiantly a wealth of information. For my first attempt at Brisket which I will start late tonight I am going to follow information posted in this thread

Been 8 hours at 255 internal temp is 183. Just pulled pork butt off with internal temp of 203, wrapped in coller and resting.
