Nice looking disco. Reminded me of the cured maple glazed ribs of yours long ago.

Great looking meal.
Actually, I have a couple of friends coming up from Montana next week and I am going to subject them  try an idea on them, cured Char Sui Ribs. How bad could they be?
Yes, Yes, all of the above, those ribs look fantastic!! I've done the maple/sauce glaze on my last two racks absolutely love it.

Thanks for the kind words and the point, Lance. Sweet and ribs do go together don't they?

Well, you've got us all going out for Maple syrup LOL!
Planning 3 racks of BBs for the kids & grandkids on Sunday. At least one of them will get the Maple treatment.
Kudos, Disco, as always!

Thumbs Up

Very kind, SM. I think kids would love the extra touch of sweet.

I don't know why, but I'm late to this party. Those are some awesome looking ribs. The finish is great. My family and friends prefer sweet over heat. You can bet that I'll be trying some Maple Syrup.

Keep 'em coming, Disco. Always trying to learn, Joe. :points:

Hey Joe, absolutely try it, it's awesome!! I actually tried a little bit ago after you posted about mixing honey in with your sauce for your glaze. I'm not a huge fan of honey and I figured the maple would go well with my bourbon sauce. I will be doing this from now on :grilling_smilie:

Maple and bourbon? Sounds great!

I used your glaze idea and also used maple and hickory smoke. I only went 1:1 on the maple/bbq sauce but these came out amazing. Thanks for the idea
