My husband has a Myron Mixon Pitman Pitmaster wood pellet grill/smoker.
I am quite pleased with the chickens I smoked yesterday. I used the Slaughterhouse brine and a rub I threw together. My goal is brisket, but I want to feel a bit more comfortable before I get to that. Love the recipes and reading the posts. Glad to be here.
