Got the day off work some how today so decided to do some smoking... Meat and cigars. 10lb sirloin roast with my new amazen oval tube loaded with pit masters choice. Olive oil and then salt garlic and onion powder with some Brazilian steakhouse to top it off .

Two hours in and up to 105. And first cigar done. Pulled at 140 and topped with blue cheese. Will have q view shortly.

Todd at A-maze-n came up with the best addition for the MES 40 2.5. I used the a-maze-n pellet smoker and the new oval tube pellet smoker. The maze went out shortly after being put in. The tube is still going very strong!
