Finally bought a decent smoker. It's a Masterbuilt. Tried some baby backs the other day and amazed myself. Used KC Rib Doctor dry rub and Masterpiece Original sauce. Used hickory chips. Wow. Just ordered Jeffs book for some additional ideas. We have good BBQ here in KCMO but like many I like to try my hand. Glad to be here and hope to learn. :grilling_smilie:
