This is a pre mix from PS Seasoning company. Cabbalas prob has this mix also as PS makes their kits.

Another great one Rick!

What the heck do you do with all the sausage you make?

Al
Around this time of year i get busy for a non sanctioned bbq event in Paducah, KY. BBQ On The River. Have a good friend who grew up there and still lives and about 30 of us get to the bbq every year to sit and just people watch. He knows the guy who owns the restaurant on the corner of everything so we get the whole front sidewalk reserved. Most of the goodies i take are gone the 1st day. Bout 75-80lbs.

Awesome SS chubs, Rick!!!!  Going to be some great eating.  I need to try some of the PS mixes as I keep seeing folks say good things about them. Oh, and POINTS!!!
