Good morning All. I'm glad i found this forum. I'm from Upstate NY. I love making my own home-brew and have been doing this since 2010. My next new passion is smoking foods. I love all kinds of smoked food ie ribs fish chicken briskets beef jerky. I'm using a Masterbuilt Ele Smoker 30. and have my sights set on the cold smoker attachment.

You found a great site to get specific answers. There are a lot of MES people on here including myself - I have an MES 40 and a Brinkman offset smoker...After I got the MES, I now only use the Brinkman for higher temp smokes like wings, pork steaks, steaks, etc.
