How's it going. Name's Luis. I'm 26, Jesus man, married, and I have 5 beautiful kids and 1 on the way. I reside in Ocala, Florida originally from Bronx, NY. I work at Florida Express Environmental at Southside Landfill. Smoking is new to me especially when I'm used to hotdogs, pizza and pretzels from New York. But I caught on real quick. My first smoke was chicken legs with hickory wood. And everyone loved it. I use a Brinkmann SmokenGrill. Small but I love it. It's a good starter for a guy like me.
