I have a question idk where to post so after this can you point me in the right direction please and thanks. So I got this new oklahoma joes and when I'm smoking can't keep my temp consistent temp I use wood chunks put when i put them in which it only takes like 4 or 5 pieces and it go's to 300 plus I've played with the air flow and the chimney but yet I still couldn't get my chicken temperature passed 140 internal temp. And it's sealed up and when I need more wood should I add more or have it ready to go like in a chimney starter.thanks again
