Hello everyone,

I was asked to smoke a whole hog. For a co-worker he will supply a 120 pound clean hog and that's it he told me to give him a price. I've never done one for sale and was wondering what should I charge. Doing one isn't bar but he said he may want more in the future. So what do you guys think would be fair. Thanks for the inputs. Also I will supply the ply wood foil wrapped box for it.
