Tried my hand for the first time at a homemade jerk marinade for chicken drumsticks. Blended it all up and marinated 12 legs for about 4 hours (was hoping for more but the idea came to my late last night). Smoked them on my traeger for about 1.5-2 hours at 275 degrees. Absolutely fantastic! Plan on having family over this weekend and I know what I'll be cooking them already :grilling_smilie::grilling_smilie: !
 
I used an apple wood, hickory combo. Light and sweet with a little kick from the hickory. Delicious!
