Hello Everyone,
I'm new here to Smoking Meat Forums, but I've been reading articles on it for months now. I live in the beautiful state of Oregon and am a 5th grade teacher. I currently use a traeger as my means of smoking, but plan on adding a manual wood smoker to my collection soon, as the traeger does not fit all my smoking needs!
