Dual pork shoulers on new La Caja China SP300

Been wanting a china box for a while and i broke down and got the 100lb stainless model. I roasted 2 10 lb pork shoulders to 195° in 4 hours and 5min. It turned out awesome. Gets a nice barky crispiness to the outside. Cant wait to get a whole hog!

Kicking myself allowing the wife to talk me out of getting one from an estate sale here.... Cheap :( looks like a great way to cook.
