Man you really need a Disc! That wok drives me nuts! Lol! You can still use the disc on R2D2 if you want!
LOL, I don't use the Wok much Case.... once in a bluemoon!  What's the R2D2?

Yes I'll get a disc one of these days "If" it will make you happy BUT I just have too much fish in the fryer trying to get a business off the ground.
Yummy for sure. Looks great
I want to see some 007 cooks from you Adam!  lol, it's been a while

It was a  long cook... . 8. 5 hours  but  worth it. This was a beef shoulder roast (tough cut of meat) plus stuffed peppers...combined low heat direct grill smoke, high heat grill direct, low temp indirect and nuclear high heat indirect.  Very happy  with the outcome, there was no black hard exterior on this tough piece of meat, it was moist, great smoke flavor, smoke ring etc..     Very fun cook indeed!

Any questions just holler!

Ok, dumb question, what's a disc? Awesome thread and build by the way!!
Dale
Thanks Dale, it's a straight up cooking marvel...does anything you want slow smoke, fast smoke, awesome wood grill for fast or slow grilling and rotisseries.

A disk is a plow disk, basically a wok (shhhh) Don't tell Case!

I knew that comment would wake Case up!

I forgot to post some updates to the 007.   A lavalock door was installed and a spot to drop in a cooking grate at the top for things like sear grilling and to use for a drip pan while cooking in the floating swivel area.  I'm loving the door...definitely comes in handy.

The hanging grate got pulled since then, I'm going to keep it but make it less permanent.  It comes in very handy for certain cooks but I'll make hooks to hang it for when needed....otherwise it'll stay off.
