I'm a beginner with a small charcoal/wood fired offset smoker/grill. Live in Pensacola Florida, retired and ready to enjoy life. Not sure how well I'll do but I'm looking forward to trying my hand at it. I tried to do the swineapple today but must've goofed somewhere along the line. The smoked pork was great until I put it in the pineapple. Then the pork tasted mushy and powdery. I did something wrong but I'll try again. Thanks for letting me ride along.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a warm off and on rainy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
