Changed things up a little for these Mushrooms, wanted something different. So I made them like I did years ago

Didn't have any Parmesan so Blue Cheese it is.

Sauteed and ready to stuff

Mushrooms all ready to fill

Filled and ready for the gas grill

I know grill thermometers are not accurate

I let these go about 20 minutes

Enjoy Thanks for looking

Richie

       Stuffed Mushrooms

  Ingredients

 Mushrooms
 Parsley
 green Onions
Garlic 1 or 2 toes (optional)
Blue Cheese 2 to 3 oz.
 Breadcrumbs
 Butter

Remove stems do a fine chop, dice onions, garlic, parsley.Sauteed in butter for a few minutes let cool then add the Blue Cheese and Bread Crumbs.I drizzle some Olive oil after stuffing you can use butter if you want.
Bake in a preheated oven 400* F for 15 minutes

The recipe does not show the Basil and Oregano, use what you like,it is very flexible

Awesome Richie!

Those are one of my very favorite things to eat.

We kinda like them stuffed with crab meat, but yours look delicious!!

Points!!

I too like to substitute whatever ingredients I have on hand.  Not infrequently it leads to a recipe that I like even more than the original.
