I smoked most meats on a commercial scale years ago and i got smoked out. But now I'm back, I'm half the way through a "double reverse bbq smoker build" i didn't even know what that was until i got on to smoking forums. I have found a lot of great advice. Have made a cold smoker that rocks now the hot smoker [IMG][IMG][IMG]build.
