Seriously, I have been smoking meats intermittently for several years, which as I'm sure you know makes it tough to get real good at it, so recently when my homemade barrel smoker started coming apart, I bought a fancy new dual fuel box type smoker. All I can say is WOW! Now I can put enough meat on for several meals each weekend, and the results of smoking regularly are quite good. I am looking forward to sharing some of my recipes, and trying some of yours, as well as getting lots of advice and tips.
