Bloody Mary straws
Made a batch of my favorite snack sticks 20 lbs. let them chill over night then hang on smoking sticks. Take wooden skewers and run them through sticks trying to stay in the middle.
Smoked 4 hours, pull them out and cool in cold water bath to drop temp, then hang in drying room for3 days to bloom!
Now ready to pull skewers out and have a bloody!

Cool idea.

I have 15mm casings i will try this on, just gotta find some small SS rods. Thinking small 12-18" lengths, insert rod and lay on racks. The rod should get the sausage done fast also.

Looks great,,, I did the bloody mary snack sticks from PS seasonings,, it was great,, even better the longer you let it sit.

Look at Herring or bait threaders. The diameter may be too small though,

keeping an eye on this for results... something to think about for vacuum sealing and freezing.... think you will have to freeze the sticks first (separately)... and then vac seal.... I think they will collapse under the vacuum if done while in the edible stage ...
