That's right a dusty TT and veggies for dinner will have baked taters as well. Here is a shot of the peppers and shrooms stuffed with cream cheese,green onion and sausage.
 
And a shot of the star of the smoke!


When I vacuum sealed the TT last time I finally was smart enough to clean them first made for quick and easy prep! I also used the whipped cream cheese a nice product to work with.

That all sure looks great man ! Now I'm thinkin I should have pulled a TT out of the freezer instead of that package of drums !

I'm sure that chicken will turn out great! I have taken to semi freezing my TT and keeping temp around 160-180 for extra smoke flavor and it's worked out very well!Thumbs Up
 
It's warming up fast finally not getting LLL on the meat.:biggrin:

Thanks Gary,you ever try the Tatonka dust? Don't think I've seen you post anything with it? If not check it out I've seen some great looking briskets with it on them!:drool
