My name is Ryan I love to spend time grilling meats when I am not hunting or fishing with my family. I have several grills I use my GMG Jim Bowie the most we are in the process of building a cmu block smokehouse. Looking to learn more from you guys on this site. I am smoking a Tri Tip for my birthday today.
