Earlier in the week I done Some smoked turkey breasts. They was a spur of the moment thing so I didn't brine or inject them. They turned out pretty moist below is a picture.


Yesterday I had a pretty good load on my smoker...the temp was around 90 and very humid so I decided to do a short cook. I smoked chicken, beans, hot sausage and of course a couple fatty's.
I had three little granddaughters keeping me cool with water pistols :biggrin:

For chicken I done split chicken breasts & thighs.

I never did get a pic of the finished chicken guess I was to distracted.

Thankful to all who made the sacrifice so I am able to enjoy these freedoms!!
 
hardcookin i know what mean about a hard week of smokin, my smoker did not even hardly cool down either, great looking stuff there.
