New here to the forums, been smoking for a couple years now. Now up to 3 smokers. Lol fiance is gonna lose her mind if I buy another but no complaints when I pull that meat off the smoker haha. I've got a charcoal, a propane, and an electric. I haven't got to used the electruc as of yet, but so far I prefer the charcoal most but mainly use it for short runs. Which do you guys prefer?

Welcome to the forum.

I have gas, elec, charcoal, & wood smokers. I use each one for different circumstances.

Each has unique attributes.

Al

Hello back from Michigan. What area do you come from. I myself live in Westland. Grew up in Garden City. Always glad to see someone from this state joining in all of the fun.

I live in Corunna, just a little west of Flint, no bad water here though hah. I actually have a couple buddies that live in Westland. Thank you Al for the welcome, I'm excited to try my electric, thinking about making my first attempt at a pork butt on. If any one has a good recipe on it, it would be greatly appreciated

Good weather here to. Rained a little bit Sunday. Not long.
Check out Bears Step by Steps. Lots of good stuff to check out. You might even find a recipe or two to try out today. And for something heart-stopping. Do a search for fatties
