40 pounds of Chicken Wings!

So we had 40 pounds of chicken wings to make up for my wife's relatives graduation party. Here is the 22.5 Weber kettle, large BGE, XL BGE and a Weber Jumbo Joe all fitted with Vortex's just before firing them up.

Here we are plugging away...

Here is the BGE's that had to keep going for a second round to finish up the 40 pounds.

Half the wings had Buffalo Wing seasoning for those who like spicy and the other half Tatonka Dust seasoning for those who prefer a milder flavor.

Thanks for looking!

My gf would kill for that amount of wings... :rotflmao:

I see enough empty space on the patio for a few more grills... 241.png

Looks great that's a lot of wings! I think they make stackable racks for the egg,but I could be wrong. How would you describe your buffalo wing seasoning,I'm to a fan of hot sauce I think it's the vinegar but I like heat from spices like Cajun seasoning.

I could sit there & eat wings all day.

Normally we cook 5 pounds of wings, so additional levels of grates are not needed. When we're asked to do something this large it just seems easier to fire up another grill.

The Buffalo Wing is like a hot sauce powder – more cayenne than cajun spice blend.
