Hello everyone! We are Jeff & Tina and we are new to the Forum. We are located in the US in Northeastern Maryland right on the PA line. We currently use a Char-Griller Smokin' Champ which I am still learning the tips and tricks about. I smoke the meat and Tina does the rubs and sauces. We enjoy trying new recipes and are still new to the smoking. I have used a grill forever but enjoy the challenge of fixing a good piece of meat on the smoker. We look forward to the Forum so that we can learn as much as possible from the people that have been doing it longer than us. Thank You for your time, Jeff & Tina

Welcome to the forum, sounds like you two work well together! My wife helps me out with a lot of my smoking projects also!
