Did 2 Butts yesterday running at 245* I had to add some more charcoal at around 7 hour mark.

Bottom one stalled at 164* wrapped only pic of them til finish

Bottom one was moved to top and it finished first 10 hours 203* IT

went to 205* while resting

This was delivered to my neighbor, for helping me with the big snow we had

3 days? Too late for anything to ship from the east coast today. More likely 5 days, since I'm on the left coast.

In 3 days, I'll still be in SoCal, dealing with the crazed traffic...

I normally start from the side and get a longer burn at that temp,so I am ?? Guru held staedy so who knows Thanks for looking
