I'm new to this, I have bought the Jeff Phillip's book, and have a Electric Masterbuilt Smoker. I welcome and advice or pointers on electric smoking. First project will baby back ribs.

for your ribs i have a sauce recipe i will share with you put on 30-45 minutes before your ribs are done and it will give your ribs a wonderful color and flavor!
1/2 stick margerine 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup AC vinegar 1/4 cup turbinado sugar 1 Tbsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp garlic 2 Tbsp paprika (mild)
