Hello from Fort Worth, TX. My name is Scotty. Born and raised in TX and still living here. Just bought an Old Country Wrangler offset smoker. Seasoned it, and cooked a nice brisket 2 days later. I couldn't find a local smoker group, so I created a Facebook group called Texas BBQ Smoker Club.
