Done here and ready for the BBQ On The River in Sept, Paducah, KY. Our 6th year going. I had to buy a larger igloo last year, had 50lbs of smoked goodies for friends. We reserve the whole sidewalk for the bbq in front of Shandies. Last year there were 20 of us from all over, Ky, Ill, Pa, Tx, Fl and Al. This year it sounds like there will be 30. Been making and stocking up on goodies, smoked and dry cured.
Yes they freeze well with no freezer taste if you know what yer doing....EH
