Hello everyone, Frosty from East Boothbay, Maine. I have been BBQing/smoking for many years usually relying on my friends recommendations and recipes. While I lived in Alaska, I did a lot of both Red and Silver salmon as one would imagine but did not really smoke much "meat". Since moving back to my home state, I have moved on to ribs, brisket and soon, with the help of this site, many other things.

I have a Big Chef, Bradley, Trager and a Smoke Hollow 44" that I use for different and like them all, although the Bradley has had some design issues that could be better. As for my experience level, I most likely fit into the able category but in no means an expert. I look forward to learning some good techniques here.

Welcome aboard Leonard!

Sounds like your doing real good already.

Plenty of folks on here to help you with some new techniques.
