Hey everyone. My name is Jeff and I'm in the small but mighty state of Connecticut. I'm a 26 year "retired" USAF veteran and now own a travel agency and work from home. Not a bad gig. I'm a medium level griller and a novice level smoker.
I am the proud new owner of a Masterbuilt (MB) 20050211 propane smoker. It was really easy to assemble. After the initial burn-in last week, I'm almost ready for my first smoke tomorrow -- spare ribs. Thanks to this forum I'm going to adjust some of the setup. A cast iron skillet is a must. I'm also looking at a stainless steel bowl that will be larger than the existing water bowl.
