Hi. I'm new to this forum and to smoking, in general. I've recently purchased a smoker from Smokin-it and am looking forward to its delivery tomorrow. I'm looking forward to smoking meats and cheeses, and trying my hand at jerky. I look forward to reading and learning everything offered here!
