Couple of questions:

What temperature range can the guru maintain on your WSM? High? Low?

When the fan runs, does it vary the speed or does it run at the fan's maximum output?

Can you adjust the fan speed on the controller?

Easy to connect/disconnect?

Waterproof/resistant case?

Ok, maybe more than a few questions...

I have had it up to 300* I know it can go way higher.Lowest was 200* these were target temps

Fan pulses once Target is hit, runs faster on start up.

Can you adjust the fan speed on the controller?

No The air flow has an adjuster for Low Med and High Temps

Easy to connect/disconnect?

Very easy

Waterproof/resistant case?

No you can make one easy enough, oh I am a fair weather smoker LOL no rain ( freezing cold temps are okay)

Hope that helps and remember I am new to this thing

Thanx!!!

I'm close to pulling the trigger on one. First, I need to go over to a former dealer in San Jose and see what kind of deal I can get from them. They were willing to wheel 'n deal a few months ago when they were an official dealer and had 20-30 of them in the case. They just didn't have the adapter I needed at the time.

LOL, you'll smoke in the freezing temps, but not the rain...

I'm the opposite...

Never in the cold for me, but around here, the 50's is considered cold...
