Should have the fire box and RF plate welded in today. Biggest thing right now is designing a frame to mount this heavy SOB onto.

So over the past week i have made A LOT of progress, in fact at this point it is pretty much complete! Have a couple little things to wrap up tomorrow(mainly supports for the grates I ordered.) After that its off for one final sandblast and a coat of high temp paint which i picked up this evening.

With the exception of gaskets for the doors and the grates I ordered Tuesday night it'll be complete and coming home either Saturday or Monday. Will take some more pics and post tomorrom, i was in a hurry when I left today and forgot to take more of todays progress.

I know this is an older post, but it's basically what I have to work with size wise. How's it cook? I'm debating if I want to leave the tank full size or cut it down. Is it a pain to do smaller smokes, like just a shoulder or rack of ribs? Yours looks good.
