Hey My name is Derek Green and I'm from Weaver, Alabama. I'm new to smokers so I need alot of help. I just finished up modding a Ok Joe Highland smoker. I just fired it up not long ago and already needing some direction. Looks like Ive come to the right place! Hope everyone is doing good and hope to meet some new people.
