mornin. It's been almost three year since I've smoked anything so I was excited to get back at it. My wife's friend graduated college and she specifically requested that I smoke these wings. Anyhow I got three packs of the whole wings, injected them with the creole butter recipe I found on here and finally smoked them with hickory.


I had smoker above 350 before I put the wings on but really struggled to get it back up just because it lost so much heat when I loaded it down with the wings. It took right at three hours and I finally got the temp back during the last hour. All in all, I was pleased and they were a hit! I forgot how much this was!
